Alumni Association of Chittagong University North America, Inc. (CU Alumni Association, North America) is an alumnus of ex-students of Chittagong University of Bangladesh who are now living in the USA and Canada. Founded in 2002, it is a not-for-profit, non-political, non-religious, and open organization for ex-students of Chittagong University to keep connected.

The general objectives of the association are

to create a social platform for ex-students of Chittagong University in the USA
to help each other to develop work life and family life
to practice Bangladeshi culture, tradition, heritage
to celebrate important Bangladeshi national and cultural events
to organize meetings, discussions, and receptions of important events and persons
to help future Bangladeshi-Americans to be ideal citizens with a good balance of multicultural understanding
to raise funds for scholarships for poor and disadvantaged students in Bangladesh

The Alumni Association of Chittagong University North America is run by a committee of 12 members elected annually by the association members.
