St. Lawrence Community Health Center Closed Now

St Lawrence Community Health Center is a part of Urban Health Plan. The center offers services that are essential to a patient’s general health: adult medicine, family medicine, women’s health, nutrition, behavioral health, heath care enrollment, social services, health education, and ophthalmology. The center accepts most insurance plans. Bangladeshi doctors are in attendance every Wednesday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
