Bangladesh Sports Council of America Closed Now

Bangladesh Sports Council of America is a sporting club for the Bangladeshi community in New York City. The club is mainly geared towards youth community members. The club aims to build an enriching community setting for Bangladeshi youth, using sports as a vehicle to inspire them to fulfill their academic, physical, and personal potential. The club is also open to all Bangladeshi youth and adults.

Bangladesh Sports Council of America believes that sport builds physical, mental, and moral character and community. It is a not-for-profit organization whose activities are primarily supported by donations, sponsorship, community assistance, and volunteerism.

The club organizes soccer, cricket, badminton, carom, chess, and other popular games. It also organizes soccer tournaments among US-based Bangladeshi sporting clubs. All of its activities are geared towards the adult young male population of the Bangladeshi community.
