Sylhet Dakshin Surma Association of America Closed Now

Founded in 2013, the Sylhet Dakshin Surma Association of America, Inc. is one of three organizations with similar names that represent the people of South Sylhet, Bangladesh, in the tri-state area. The association’s members live in New Jersey, NYC, and the surrounding areas. The association follows the mottos ‘Education’, ‘Unity’, and ‘Social Work’.

One of the association’s principal activities is organizing annual picnics. Other activities include Ramadan and Eid reunions, general meetings, and building a member network.
