Probashi Matlab Samity Closed Now

Probashi Matlab Samity, Inc. is an association of Bangladeshi community living in New York City who arrived in the USA from Matlab Upazila of Bangladesh. The organization was founded in 2014 as a not-for-profit. Probashi Matlab Samity organizes various cultural, religious, and recreational activities for its members.

Probashi Matlab Samity aims to

– provide overall welfare of the group members
– build friendly and cordial relationships among members
– spread Bangladeshi culture, heritage, literature, religious values
– direct young Bangladeshis to the righteous path
– increase understanding between Bangladesh and the USA
– provide reception and respect to Matlab area talents and celebrities
– help members and people of Matlab who are in need
– develop people of Matlab living in the USA with information, education, and job opportunities
– arrange recreational events, such as picnics, get-togethers, cultural events, etc.
